Please note that payment MUST be made prior to attendance of the Drink-Driver Education course sessions, unless otherwise arranged.




Credit card / Debit card: If you would like to make the payment via credit card or debit card, you will need to call the office with your card details to finalise the payment.


Alternatively, you can fill in a registration form and include your credit card details on the form.


You will need to either email, fax or post the registration form back to us prior to your course commencement.

Money Order: We do not accept cash as payment at all times. If you do not have access to online banking or to a credit/debit card and you must pay with cash, you will need to go to the nearest Australian Post Office and purchase a ‘Money Order’ made to:




You can bring this with you to your course as payment or post it to Head Office if you  have time. Please note that due to postal services, your letter may not reach the office before your course. Make sure you have ample time. 


Please remember that NO CASH is handle at any venue at any time. Due to Occupational, Health and Safety standards, no cash is accepted at any time. You must either bring a money order or your credit or debit card details to the venue, or arrange for payments to be made via calling the head office prior to commencement of the Drink-Driver Education course and all Assessments. 





To complete the program and receive the Certificate of Completion for the Drink-Driver Education Program, you are required to attend both session 1 and session 2. To ensure efficient running of the program, we ask that you observe the following conditions of attendance as required under accreditation standards by the Department of Human Services:


1.   Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in the building. Please be aware of signs around the venue of smoking prohibitions or specific areas where smoking is allowed.


2. Alcohol and Drugs

Attendance whilst under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not permitted. When breathalysedyou must have a ZERO blood alcohol concentration (BAC).

If you have consumed alcohol or used drugs prior to the session, please call the office to arrange for an alternative session.


3. Conduct

Participants who behave in a disruptive manner or unruly fashion shall be excluded from or asked to leave the session.


4. Lateness

Late arrivals cannot be guaranteed entrance to a session. Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the course beginning or to your assessment booking.

5. Missed Sessions

Any session that is missed, will need to be completed. This may result in a delay in your completion of the program, and incur a further fee. Missing the first session will result in your expulsion from the entire program, you will need to re-book another program, for which an appropriate fee will be required.


6. What to Bring

Please bring a pen, book and a snack and water if required.


If you are requiring an assessment to be completed, you will need to bring information of your conviction date of the current and any previous offences and also the BAC at the time of the conviction.


Please bring either your:


  • Conviction notice issued by the Police,
  • Magistrate Court Summons, or
  • Vic Roads Driving History (or Driving History from the State’s Roads Authority if you have been driving with an Interstate Licence)


7. Interpreter

You are required to complete the course with an understanding of the course materials and information. If English is your second language and should you feel that extra help is required, please arrange for a friend or family member who can act as an interpreter. Please make sure that your interpreter is 18 years old or over. We reserve the right to ask you to leave if your interpreter is under age. 


If you cannot arrange for a family member or friend to act as an interpreter, please call us and we will help you to arrange for an interpreter. Please note that you will be responsible for any extra fees and charges by the interpreter.


8. Warning

Failure to abide by the above conditions may result in your expulsion from the program. You may re- book another session, provided the appropriate fees are re-paid. Fees are partially refundable for cancellations made two weeks prior to the program. No refunds will be given for any cancellations made within the prescribed time.


9. Certificate of Completion.

Upon completion of the program, you will be awarded a certificate of completion, verifying your full completion of the program. Replacement certificates may be issued, at an administration fee.


10. Fee

A fee of $180.00 is payable ($160 for concession card holders).
